Floors Before Ceilings: The Constraint-First Life
Most self-improvement is ceiling-obsessed. Higher, faster, more. The constraint-first life inverts this entirely: before you are allowed to reach, you must prove your floors hold.
A floor is a non-negotiable minimum in a domain that cannot be traded. Six hours of real sleep. One honest conversation with your partner. A body you have not abandoned. These are not goals. They are conditions of continued play.
The man who collapses on his floors has already lost the rest — he just does not know it yet. He will tell you he is busy, focused, sacrificing for something greater. The protocol calls that bluff with evidence: hours logged, workouts done, presence witnessed by the people who actually receive it.
